Eduardo Torretti


Admitted, 2006. He leads the Tax Area. He has counseled local and foreign clients in tax planning and corporate structures, and has been in charge of defenses before tax courts. He teaches International Tax Law in the Tax Master program of Universidad de Chile Economies and Business School; as well as in the Business Law LL.M. of Universidad de los Andes. As a member of the International Fiscal Association (IFA), he drafted the reports on Chile for the Regional 2012 Congress at Montevideo and for 2013 IFA Congress at Copenhagen. He is the co-author of the book “Derecho Fiscal Internacional: Temas Selectos”, Editorial Porruá, 2011, México, DF.
