Admitted, 2006. He is in charge of the Tax Area. He has counseled local and foreign clients in Tax Planning and Corporate Structures, and has assumed local clients´ defense before Tax Courts. He teaches International Tax Law in the Tax Master program of Universidad de Chile (Business Faculty) and in the Business Law LL.M. of Universidad de los Andes. As a member of IFA (International Fiscal Association) he drafted the Chilean reports for Regional 2012 Congress (Montevideo) and for 2013 IFA Congress (Copenhagen). As a co-author he published Derecho Fiscal Internacional: Temas Selectos, Editorial Porruá, 2011, México, DF.

Between 2006 and 2012 he was an associate and later a partner at Guzmán y Cía.
In 2010 he worked in the Latin American Desk at Loyens & Loeff (Amsterdam, the Netherlands).
In 2009 he worked as a fellow researcher at the International Bureau of Fiscal Documentation (IBFD, Amsterdam, the Netherlands).
Between 2004 and 2006 he worked as an associate at Barros, Letelier & González.
