Jorge Femenías

Lawyer
Admitted, 1997. Member of the Environment and Natural Resources Area. He is an expert litigator, with specialism in environmental, energy and administrative disputes. Jorge has advised mining, industrial, energy and fuel projects, among others. He has published several articles in specialized Law Journals and he is currently the Research Coordinator of Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile’s Environmental Program, where he is also professor in postgraduate courses at its Law School. Jorge is also visiting professor at the Derecho Administrativo Sancionador program at Universidad de Valladolid’s Law School in Spain.
