Jorge Femenías

Admitted, 1997. Member of the Environment and Natural Resources Area. He is an expert litigator, with specialism in environmental, energy and administrative disputes. He has advised mining, industrial, energy and fuel projects, among others. He has published several articles in specialized law journals and he is currently the Research Coordinator of Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile’s Environmental Program, where he is also lecturer in postgraduate courses at its Law School. He is also visiting lecturer at the program of Administrative Sanctioning law of Universidad de Valladolid Law School in Spain.
