Likewise, Chambers and Partners ranking stands him out as a true expert and for his “tenacious dedication to the client’s needs.” His strategic litigation and other sophisticated environmental issues are well known in the market. He has also been an assistant professor of Civil Law (Universidad de Chile), and Visiting Professor of Judicial Strategy in Civil Procedure (Universidad de Chile) and Environmental Litigation (LLM, Universidad del Desarrollo).
