Admitted, 2011. She is part of the team specialized in real estates and public concessions of the Corporate and Estate Planning Area. She has wide experience in real estates and urban planning, being recognized by The Legal 500 among the best specialists in real estate in Chile. Her experience includes advise in land use change, location analysis for numerous projects, construction and final works permits, among others. She has counselled national and international companies in numerous sale and purchase transaction, and leasing negotiations of real estate properties for projects related to energy infrastructure, communications, transportation, agriculture, forestry and real estate, amongst others. She has been teaching assistant in the Business and Real Estates Diploma at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile Law School; and in Labor and Procedural Law at Universidad Adolfo Ibañez Law School. She has also been part of the research team on Labor Law for the Legal Journal of the latter school University. She is the author of “Proof on tacit collusive arrangements. Critical analysis from Chilean and Comparative Law”, published by Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez (Santiago, 2014).
